Description

The CC-GRIND®-SOLID-DIAMOND has been specially developed for applications on hard materials which cannot be machined with conventional tools made of aluminum oxide or silicon carbide.

The CC-GRIND®-SOLID-DIAMOND is used for both wet and dry grinding.

Recommendations for use

Only use the face of the disc, not suitable for peripheral grinding (on edge).
To extend the service life of the grinding disc on scale and wear-resistant coatings, reduce the cutting speed of the speed-adjustable angle grinder to 30 to 40 m/s.
For the best results, use with the CC-GRIND®-SOLID/FLEX clamping flange set.
When used on angle grinders with a 5/8-11 thread, the matching clamping flange set must be ordered separately.
