Description

The rhomboidal shape even enables work to be effortlessly performed on hard-to-reach places such as corners. With a diamond cut-off wheel, the blocks can be minimized and adapted to the respective application as required.

Poliflex® fine grinding tools with the PUR bond are manufactured with green silicon carbide (SiC). The PUR bond is a very soft bond which is available in two hardness grades (PUR-W, PUR-MH). It is homogeneously interspersed with abrasive grain.

Set of 9 different Poliflex® blocks. 3 blocks each in grit sizes 60 (coarse), 120 (medium) and 240 (fine).

Recommendations for use
  • For best performance, use at a recommended peripheral speed of 2,000-3,000 SFPM.
Safety notes
  • For safety reasons, the maximum permitted rotational speed indicated must never be exceeded.
  • The clamping length of the shank must be at least 1/2".
