Description

Single cut burs are ideal for machining cast iron, steel, stainless steel (INOX), nickel-based alloys, and titanium alloys. These burs have a high stock removal rate and achieve a good surface finish quality.

Universal line burs are designed for fine and coarse stock removal on the key materials used in industrial manufacturing. They provide a good stock removal rate and are not specific to a particular material.

Conical counterbore bur according to DIN 8032 with cut conforming to DIN 8033, with point angle (60°). Suitable for flexible counterboring and chamfering.

Due to their special shapes, tungsten carbide burs for flexible work on edges achieve almost precise chamfers or rounded edges and can also be used in hard-to-reach areas. Radius burs are mainly used in steel and aluminum construction and have been specifically designed for chamfering, deburring and rounding of edges.

This design is double-ended, which means that it can cut and be used on both sides.

Advantages
  • Good stock removal rate due to high quality tungsten carbide, bur shape, cut, and optional coating.
  • Durable.
  • The highly accurate concentricity enables precise work free from chatter marks. This considerably reduces wear on the bur and power tool or machine.
  • High surface quality.
Recommendations for use
  • The smaller the bur diameter is in the area being used, the higher the recommended rotational speed can be.
  • For the most cost-effective bur use, work with higher rotational/peripheral speeds. For burs with a 1/4" shank diameter, use power tools with a power output from 300 watts.
